When you connect your YouTube channel to Cognantiq:

YouTube channel information (channel name, ID)

Public analytics data from your YouTube channel
Other data you authorize us to access via YouTube API

We only access data that you explicitly authorize through YouTube's OAuth consent process.

Usage Data

We automatically collect basic technical information necessary to provide the service:

Browser type and version
Device information
Login dates and times
Service usage patterns (features used, actions performed)

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Paddle). We do not store your credit card details or payment information. Please refer to Paddle's privacy policy for information on how they handle payment data.

Create and manage your account

Payment Processor

Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our payment service provider. Paddle processes your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable payment card industry standards.

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Third-Party Tracking

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on our website or in our application. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Essential cookies may be used solely for authentication and maintaining your login session.
